Pregnant and Parenting Students Policy

Discrimination against a student on the basis of pregnancy, childbirth, false pregnancy, termination of pregnancy, or recovery from any of these conditions is prohibited.

Students who are pregnant or parenting may not be excluded from any educational program or activity because they are pregnant or parenting.
