Registration Holds & Late Fees
See the Registrar’s website for more information on faculty advising and registration holds.
If a student’s health records are incomplete, Health Services will place a hold on the student’s registration.
During the academic year, students who are not registered by the end of the first ten days of classes will be charged a late fee.
Summer M.A.T. students must have their health records complete and on file in the Health Services office before they will be able to register for classes or student teaching. Summer courses require field experiences. If students are unable to fulfill the course requirements during the summer, they will be required to take this course the following summer. M.A.T. students who are not registered by the end of the first five days of the five-week summer program will be charged a late fee.
All newly admitted students must submit proof of undergraduate degree completion. A registration hold will be placed for each student who does not submit a final transcript by the deadline date (usually the second or third week of June). The hold will remain until the transcript is received, and the late fee policy will apply.
Late fees of $35 will be charged to accounts after deadlines have passed.
