Sylvia Bolivar is a public sector executive with extensive experience in housing, economic development, policy development and program management. She currently serves as the deputy director at the Baltimore County Department of Housing and Community Development. Sylvia also brings corporate governance experience through her work with not-for-profit boards. She serves as chair of the Prince George’s County Memorial Library System Board of Trustees.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in government from Smith College.
