Katherine Halvorsen has taught in such exotic places as Lusaka, in Zambia, and Newton, Massachusetts. Her research involves the problem of analyzing data assembled from different sources.
Halvorsen’s fields of interests include statistical education, statistical methods in medical research and hiking.
