Elena Palladino

An elected officer of the college, Elena Palladino works closely with Smith’s board of trustees. She serves as a strategic leader and advisor to the president, senior leadership, and the board at the intersection of governance and strategy. She facilitates the advancement of the college’s strategic vision in collaboration with key campus partners through the design and implementation of the strategic plan. Elena holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Simmons University, a master’s degree in literary and cultural studies from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Master of Education in higher education from Harvard University.
