Lecturer Nancy Cohen Receives a Public Media Journalists Association Award

Nancy Cohen, lecturer in writing, journalism, and public discourse, received first place in the news feature category of the Public Media Journalists Association Awards for her piece for New England Public Media, “‘Another level of coverup’: How a Mass. law prevents clergy abuse survivors from getting justice.” In 2024, Cohen broke the news about an investigation by the Massachusetts Attorney General’s office into child sexual abuse at three Catholic dioceses.
