David DeSwert Discusses Governor Healey’s Energy Affordability, Independence, and Innovation Act

David DeSwert, executive vice president for finance and administration, joined university leaders and elected officials in July at Tufts University to discuss elements of Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey’s Energy Affordability, Independence, and Innovation Act. The legislation seeks to advance geothermal heat systems that will help universities reduce their carbon footprint and save on energy bills.
